Chinese New Year Eve Dinner

Chinese Soup

| Chinese soup with a mixture of meat and pork rib bones with carrots, onions and sweetcorns and stew it for 2-3 hours. |
Tong Yu Dessert

| Tong Yu is a chinese traditonal dessert. On Chinese New Year or the night before a bride gets married the family will make this kind of dessert. The meaning behind the dessert is tun tun yun yun meaning all family happy together. |

Tea Parties

| Steam corn feed chicken, steam fish in soya sauce with spring onions and ginger, roast pork, chow sum in oyster sauce, steam egg with mince pork and stuffed mushrooms with mince prawn meat. |

English Breakfast .... My boys favourite breakfast which consist of frankfurter sausage, bacon, scrabbled egg, hash browns and heiz hoops.
